Hey you Sweet Sister who sent me a magnificent birthday wish--I love you and many thanks. Perhaps next birthday we’ll have many more home-grown....

Cherries !~!

We planted bare trees last fall and we are eating fresh ripe cherries from them every day now. Not hundreds but actual dozens of fresh cherries. Already I can smell that aroma wafting above my freshly-baked cherry crisp. Oooooh Cita, I’ll make it when you come visit too !~!

Forgot to compliment the growth you are getting from your intense labor gardening. You are one successful grower-woman. The best I know for sure. New growth popping up everywhere looks fabulous and bodes well for canning.
