I don't know what it is. Maybe living with a curmudgeon has made me go in the most opposite of ways he goes. Or, what he watches or, what he listens to. But, then again I am a woman and he's a man. And, we all know, guys are strange indeed. Unless you are this guy in the video.

I sure hope this link works for those reading my blog.
This is absolutely how I feel about my dog, Gracie.
And, just in case you have forgotten how beautiful she is....
Here's her picture.

January 1
I am sitting here freezing my arse off. I really can't believe how cold it is outside. That is a minus (-) 23. And, yes I know I live in Canada and should be used to this weather. Maybe it's just because I am getting older and tolerating it less and less.
As I sit here after looking at the local weather with the a recently updated weather report, I feel crazed. Not really but, here's an example of our weather for tonight.
Severe wind chill forecast tonight.
Arctic air associated with a bitterly cold ridge of high pressure continues to seep southwards across Southern and Eastern Ontario. This is expected to generate overnight lows ranging from minus 20 to minus 30. In addition a low pressure system near the Lower Great Lakes is expected to generate moderate northeasterly winds tonight and into Thursday. The combination of winds and Arctic air is expected to generate severe wind chill values (-40) tonight and then quite possibly again for Thursday night.
It is advised to dress warmly and cover any exposed skin as much as possible when heading outdoors. NO REALLY?
I guess it could be worse. It could be snowing.
A friend of mine, did one of those Polar Bear plunges for a local kids charity today. I called her nuts.
